Production Turnaround Time & Shipping
Orders are processed and packaged within 4 weeks of the order date unless stated otherwise on homepage. Our processing time does depend on the current amount of print orders. Once orders are printed they are shipped within 2 business days.
Once shipped, we are no longer responsible for the shipping time frame. Products may be shipped USPS. If you have any questions please reach out. Shipping & Handling refunds will be issued if fees differ more than + $2 Refunds are not offered on shipping fees on cancelled/returned orders.
Route Package Protection
We highly urge customers to add the Route Protection Plan to your order in case there are any problems during transit or delivery at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order and the partnership between Route and Seery-Us Visionz. If you added the Route Protection Plan, please also contact them and file a claim in order to get your issue resolved. To file a claim visit: https://claims.route.com/   If you declined Route Protection Plan and there is an issue, we cannot offer a refund you or replace your order.
International Shipping
Shipping Labels are either purchased on Shopify or via PirateShip. 
Some countries require USPS to transfer packages to a local courier, this can take from 2-10 WEEKS to arrive. All shipping dates are to be treated as ESTIMATES and not guarantees. Please be aware that as the buyer you are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, or fees incurred by your country's import polices.
Order Approval/ Proofing
The customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout verification and approval prior to submission to the process. Seery-Us Visionz DOES NOT make any changes on customer files without notification via email of changes that may be made to ensure that files are properly formatted. All such changes will result in new proofs being provided for your approval. Once you submit an order to the process you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the layout, content, and design and you accept responsibility for any errors therein. Seery-Us Visionz will assume that you have verified the spelling, grammar, content and layout, etc. are all correct and it will not accept any liability for errors such as misspelling, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, etc.
Seery-Us Visionz does not provide physical proofs of any order. Electronic proofs are provided to our customers as part of the order process. It is your responsibility to verify the proof against the original (and to correct any spelling or grammatical errors, etc), accept, reject or make any changes suggested to your artwork or etc.
Your job will not be processed or deemed production ready until you have approved the proof. Please review the proofs carefully (including content, spelling, design, etc). If approved, we will assume your order is ready to move into production and no further changes will be made. If proof is rejected, you will notified on next steps.
