Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Seery Us Visionz. Because many of our products are handmade, custom made, laser cut, 3D printed, personalized, or made to order, all sales are final.
No Returns Accepted
Seery Us Visionz does not accept returns.
We do not accept returns on custom items, personalized items, handmade items, made to order products, laser cut acrylic blanks, 3D printed items, rhinestone trays and tools, digital products, clearance items, sale items, or final sale items.
Please review all product details, personalization options, colors, sizes, quantities, and shipping information before placing your order.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered unless Seery Us Visionz determines there was an error with your order or an approved issue that qualifies for correction.
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non refundable unless the issue was caused by an error made by Seery Us Visionz.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
Customers are responsible for checking all names, spelling, colors, sizes, design choices, uploaded files, personalization details, and order notes before submitting the order.
Seery Us Visionz is not responsible for customer errors, including misspelled names, incorrect wording, wrong color choices, incorrect product selections, or low quality uploaded artwork.
Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.
Cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has already started production, been customized, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Damaged or incorrect item claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
To report a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at visionz@seery-us.com and include:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged during shipping
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
Production Variations
Many Seery Us Visionz items are handmade, laser cut, 3D printed, or made in small batches. Slight variations may occur in color, size, finish, engraving, print lines, acrylic edges, texture, or design placement.
These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
Acrylic items may have protective film, minor edge marks, or a light production scent from the laser cutting process. 3D printed items may show layer lines or small surface variations. These are part of the making process and are not considered damage.
Shipping Issues
Once an order is given to the shipping carrier, Seery Us Visionz is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, misdeliveries, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your household, neighbors, local post office, or shipping carrier.
If shipping protection was purchased, please follow the protection provider’s claim process.
Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, Seery Us Visionz is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different item, size, color, style, or design, a new order must be placed.
Digital Products
Digital products, downloads, templates, files, and instructional materials are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once purchased or accessed.
